We are seeking a skilled and experienced Project Analyst to join our IT Supply Chain team on a contract basis. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to analyze and optimize supply chain workflows, helping drive performance and efficiency across our corporate systems.

responsibilities:
- Analyze and monitor supply chain processes using ServiceNow to manage requests, incidents, and tickets.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to define project scope, gather requirements, and build detailed project plans in Atlassian Jira.
- Use Jira Kanban boards to map workflows, prioritize tasks, and track project milestones.
- Conduct data analysis on supply chain performance to identify trends and deliver process improvement recommendations.
qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
5-8 years of experience as a Project Analyst (or similar role) focused on supply chain environments.
Strong practical proficiency with ServiceNow and Atlassian Jira.
Excellent data analysis, problem-solving, and collaboration capabilities.
