Flight Ops Manager position responsible for managing resources, scheduling, performance, and training teams across designated sectors. This role ensures that all operational resourcing meets the client's requirements and that personnel are properly trained and evaluated.
Part 107 Certification is mandatory.

responsibilities:
- Identify and ensure proper resourcing is provided at the sector and site level so that services are not impacted
- Schedule Tier 1 Flight Operations teams and related Tier 2 personnel to ensure daily availability meets the client's operating requirements
- Provide capacity and availability information at the location and sector level to the client on a weekly basis, or upon request
- Manage the performance of flight operations personnel and activities at client facilities within a geographically defined area
- Deliver classroom, field, and practical instruction to trainee personnel using client-provided curriculum, equipment, materials, and facilities
- Use client-provided materials to conduct and provide written evaluations of trainees
qualifications:
. Experience managing teams and customer relationships
. Maintain a professional manner regarding behavior, conduct, dress code, and customer interactions, and actively oversee lower-tier personnel to ensure they meet these same standards
. Ensure that any interactions with public officials are reported to the Flight Operations Manager (FOM) within 10 minutes
. Part 107 Certification is mandatory.
Physical Qualifications:
. Lift and carry up to 35 lbs, including carrying multiple items at the same time
. Crouch down and pick up or place objects weighing up to 20 lbs from or to the ground
. Push or pull a wheeled cart weighing up to 200 lbs on level ground
. Be on your feet with constant walking, accumulating 10,000+ steps a day
. Work outside in various weather conditions, including light rain, wind, and temperatures ranging from 23°F to 110°F
. Maintain mental and visual alertness at all times"
