Responsibilities
- Seeks opportunities for improvement within the department. Supports department-level analytics and reporting tasks.
- Supports local teams to expand services and acceptance footprints. Boards new partners on to network.
- Provides day-to-day support for issuers, issuer processors, network-to-network partners and program managers by researching complex situations and supporting the participants on all aspects of operations, and managing participant operational relationships.
- Supports participants through the release process by managing and coordinating certification, ensures the participants are in compliance with operating rules and regulations, and engages the participants to support key initiatives.

2+ years experience with Payments, financial services, or related
