We are seeking a Software Deployment Specialist to join our team supporting key pharmaceutical R&D initiatives. In this role, you will lead the installation, qualification, and ongoing technical support for specialized laboratory computing systems and chromatography instruments. You will work closely with both IT engineering teams and laboratory scientists to ensure all deployed systems meet rigorous operational and compliance standards.

responsibilities:
- Assemble, configure, and deploy specialized laboratory computers (AICs) across facility sites.
- Execute formal validation and qualification (IQ/OQ) documentation and testing scripts.
- Diagnose and resolve technical build, configuration, and connectivity issues during deployment.
- Serve as a liaison between technical engineering groups and laboratory end-users to support seamless operational adoption.
qualifications:
2+ years of experience supporting or operating Chromatography Data Systems (CDS) and analytical instrumentation in a regulated environment.
Direct working knowledge of Agilent OpenLAB CDS 2.x software.
Proven experience with system qualification and validation documentation (IQ/OQ).
Strong communication skills and ability to travel on-site to client locations in Rahway, NJ and West Point, PA.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Prior background within pharmaceutical R&D laboratory environments.
Experience utilizing enterprise tools such as JIRA, Xray/Vera, or ServiceNow.
