Randstad is seeking a high-impact Senior Finance Manager to serve as a key strategic partner to our ?clients executive leadership team. This is a visible, "hands-on" role responsible for driving the financial narrative of a leading manufacturer.? Reporting directly to the VP of Finance, you will be a critical bridge between complex operational data and executive decision-making. We are looking for a candidate with the communication maturity and executive presence to distill complex financial modeling into clear, actionable insights for executive decision-making.
- Compensation: $140K - $165K base salary + 10% bonus.

responsibilities:
- Oversee the full annual budgeting and monthly forecasting cycles, including comprehensive variance analysis.
- Build sophisticated, driver-based models to analyze the impact of labor, materials, and overhead on production.
- Perform scenario and sensitivity analyses to identify margin trends and guide executive decision-making.
- Collaborate with factory leadership to monitor KPIs like throughput, scrap rates, and labor efficiency.
- Direct standard costing, analyze product/customer margins, and lead cost-saving initiatives.
- Utilize SQL and advanced Excel to extract and validate data directly from systems.
- Own management reporting packages and improve delivery speed through process automation.
- Present financial insights to the C-suite and build business cases for capital investments.
qualifications:
- Bachelor's in Finance, Accounting, or Economics (MBA/CPA/CMA preferred).
- 7+ years in finance, with a heavy preference for manufacturing environments and standard costing.
- Expert-level Excel (Power Query/Modeling) and proficiency in SQL.
- Proven ability to translate complex data into clear narratives for non-finance stakeholders.
