Prepare and process internal invoices, maintain expense logs, and assist with budget tracking. Provide support for training sessions, including logistics and materials coordination. Qualifications: 2+ years of experience working as an Administrative Assistant in a Corporate environment. Demonstrated ability using Concur or a similar travel/expense management system. Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and time management.
