As an integral part of our on-site account team, the RIS Site Coordinator will act as an extension of our client’s HR and Operations teams—leading efforts in recruitment, onboarding, performance coaching, compliance, and workforce engagement. This is a high-impact, hands-on role focused on delivering tailored staffing solutions that support both the strategic and day-to-day operational goals of our client. The Site Coordinator also contributes to the organic growth of RIS by executing our proven seven work processes. Hours: Must be flexible to work between 30 to 40 hours per week, with availability to support all three shifts based on customer needs and operational demand. This role may require early mornings and late-night shifts. salary: $27 - $27.01 per hourshift: Firstwork hours: 8 AM - 5 PMeducation: High SchoolResponsibilities Key Responsibilities: Client Partnership & Communication Serve as an on-site liaison between Randstad and the client, maintaining regular communication with key stakeholders. Collaborate with client leadership to identify workforce needs, provide talent solutions, and ensure ongoing satisfaction. Support expansion of services by increasing market and wallet share through strong service delivery and relationship management. Talent Procurement Oversee the complete recruiting process, including talent acquisition, selection, onboarding, scheduling, and performance management, to ensure alignment with client objectives and operational excellence. Develop and maintain a talent pipeline aligned with the client’s output goals, ensuring 100% on-time fill rates. Administer skill assessments, process applications, conduct reference checks, and manage pre-employment screenings (background checks, drug testing, etc.). Coordinate and deliver engaging new hire orientations and ensure timely, accurate completion of onboarding documentation, including I-9s. Workforce Engagement & Retention Execute proactive retention strategies focused on reducing turnover, increasing attendance, and improving employee engagement. Coach and observe talent on-site to reinforce safe behaviors and encourage performance improvements. Address and escalate performance or attendance issues as needed in partnership with the client and internal leadership.
