QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Building Science, Engineering, Architecture or similar degreePreferred three years of practical experience in design, 3-D modeling, engineering or architectureExperience in the coordination of MEP/FP building systems is requiredProficiency in understanding construction documents, shop drawings, and other design communication toolsDemonstrated proficiency working in Revit, Navisworks, SketchUp, Adobe CC, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office.
