Key duties include resolving coordination of benefits (COB) inquiries and educating callers on eligibility, claims, and authorizations. You will analyze patient activity—including enrollment and third-party liability—to provide accurate coverage details. This role requires professional communication across phone, email, and chat, with a focus on resolving complex claim issues like stop payments and voids. Precise documentation and the ability to meet production goals are essential. Schedule & Training Compliance/IT Setup: March 26–27, 2026 (6–8 hour staggered shifts). Mandatory Training: March 30 – April 10, 2026 (10:00 AM – 6:00 PM CT). Production Shifts: Candidates must be available between 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM CT. Candidate Requirements Experience: 2+ years in high-volume call centers and 1 year of Health Insurance experience. Tech Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and the ability to troubleshoot hardware/software independently. Location: Residents of the West Coast, CO, or IA only. Education: High School Diploma or equivalent. Preferred Skills Knowledge of Medical/Dental terminology or Medicare/Medicaid.
