We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable A/P and A/R Clerk. This role involves managing day-to-day financial transactions, including posting payments, preparing bank deposits, processing invoices, and supporting HR-related administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, be comfortable handling confidential information, and possess a proactive, team-oriented attitude. Key Responsibilities: Accounts Receivable (A/R): Post incoming customer payments and apply to appropriate accounts. Prepare and record bank deposits. Follow up on outstanding customer balances and resolve payment discrepancies. Accounts Payable (A/P): Review, verify, and process vendor invoices. Ensure timely payment of bills and reconcile account statements. Maintain accurate vendor files and respond to inquiries. Human Resources Support:. Help maintain confidential employee files and databases. Provide general administrative support to the HR department as needed. Qualifications: 2+ years of experience in accounts payable and receivable. Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, or similar). attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office applications. Preferred: Experience supporting HR or administrative functions.
