A leading logistics and freight forwarding company is seeking an experienced and dynamic Client Service Specialist Supervisor to lead a client services team in a logistics environment. This pivotal role ensures superior client support and efficient service delivery by providing leadership, guidance, and oversight. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and direct the daily activities of Client Service Specialists. Serve as the escalation point for complex client orders, inquiries, invoices, and complaints. Analyze root causes and implement solutions to complex client service issues. Provide coaching, mentorship, and training to team members to enhance service and problem-solving skills. Monitor performance metrics and service levels to ensure team effectiveness. Collaborate with internal departments (Operations, Finance, Transportation) to align service delivery with client needs. Qualifications & Skills: High School Diploma/GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred. 2-4 years of relevant client service or logistics experience.
