In this key role, you'll be the first point of contact for our Welcome Center, ensuring smooth operations and supporting our mission to fight hunger. You'll handle dispatch communications, manage administrative tasks, and assist with inventory to ensure our agency partners and clients get the food they need. Key Responsibilities Welcome Center Operations: Serve as the primary contact for our Welcome Center, assisting with donation and agency order processing. Dispatch & Coordination: Coordinate the workflow and dispatch of the Operations Team and respond to inquiries from internal and external customers, including donors. Administrative & Inventory Support: Manage documentation for orders and invoicing using our software (Navision), and assist the Inventory Coordinator with tracking donated, purchased, and government products. Team Collaboration: Provide backup support to other staff members and maintain a positive, professional atmosphere with everyone you interact with, including staff, volunteers, donors, and clients. Records Management: Create and maintain an organized and accessible filing system for all key documents. Required Skills & Qualifications High School Diploma or GED. strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Exceptional communication and organizational skills, with a keen eye for detail. A self-starter who can work independently and is also an excellent team player. Must be outgoing and enjoy interacting with a wide variety of people from diverse backgrounds. Adaptable and creative, with the ability to manage rapid changes and new demands. Operates the Agency Welcome Center and assists Inventory Coordinator in donation and agency order processing. 2. Coordinates the appropriate documentation of all Navision and internal software processes related to orders, invoicing, and related tasks. 3. Initiates and coordinates with the GPFB staff all inquiries and tasking as requested by external and internal customers and donors. 4. Assists Inventory Coordinator with inventory movements of donated, purchased, and government products in the system, and in maintaining records as appropriate to each. 5. Provides backup assistance to other God’s Pantry staff as required. 6. Creates and sustains filing system that allows easy accessibility to documents 7.
