Position Overview: The Office Assistant will provide administrative support to attorneys by performing various tasks such as scanning, preparing, and filing documents; conducting research, managing client files, and general office support. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills and a keen eye for detail. Key Responsibilities: • Scan, prepare and file documents such as contracts, briefs, motions, pleadings, and other paperwork or client communications. • Conduct legal research to assist attorneys. • Organize and maintain client files, case records, and legal documents. • Communicate with clients to schedule meetings and answer inquiries • Handle general office duties such as scheduling appointments, managing calendars, answering phones, and organizing meetings. • Maintain strict confidentiality and ensure that client and case information is handled with discretion.
