We are looking for an Administrative Coordinator who will function as a key member of the Dallas team and building materials network. This role is responsible for assisting local leadership in routine administrative and operational duties, along with organizing and facilitating community engagement initiatives and events. This position requires exceptional organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities, a high level of discretion and confidentiality, and the ability to work independently with little supervision.salary: $26 - $27 per hourshift: Firstwork hours: 8 AM - 5 PMeducation: High SchoolResponsibilitiesEssential Functions Provide comprehensive administrative support, including organizing meetings, managing schedules, composing correspondence, handling mail, and procuring office supplies.Administer and guide the onboarding process for new hires, including the creation and distribution of training materials.Organize and manage employee safety training initiatives, ensure adherence to regulations, and coordinate safety recognition programs.Serve as the point of contact during community events, meetings, and on-site walkthroughs.Create presentations, spreadsheets, pamphlets, and internal communication materials using Google Suite. QualificationsRequired: High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED).A minimum of 5 years of related administrative or business experience.
