Calendar & Meeting Logistics: Maintain complex electronic calendars, coordinate appointments, and seamlessly set up on-site and off-site meetings, video conferences, and conference calls. Travel & Event Coordination: Coordinate corporate travel arrangements. Plan and execute special events, including VIP tours, award ceremonies, conferences, or departmental moves. Data & Project Support: Execute specialized research and data analysis tasks. Run regular reports, ensure absolute data accuracy, and participate in creating or updating departmental procedures and documentation. Qualifications & Skills Experience: 3+ years of experience in an executive assistant, administrative coordinator, or similar support role. Technical Savvy: Advanced proficiency in office software (e.g., MS Office Suite, Google Workspace) with a strong knack for creating clean charts and presentations. Problem-Solving: Highly proactive with the ability to screen requests and independently resolve issues using sound judgment. Organization: Exceptional time-management skills and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
