The Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative support to the CEO, managing schedules,handling correspondence, preparing reports, and assisting with meeting preparation. This role requires a proactive, organized individual capable of handling multiple tasks while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.salary: $110,000 - $125,000 per yearshift: Firstwork hours: 9 AM - 6 PMeducation: BachelorsResponsibilitiesCalendar & Travel Management Manage and maintain the principal’s calendar for personal appointments, meetings, and events. Coordinate travel and create custom itineraries. Collaborate with the Chief of Staff for scheduling. General Administration Handle daily administrative tasks including managing contacts, scheduling, mail, and correspondence. Read, interpret, and draft legal documents as needed. Maintain a comprehensive database of important personal information like passport renewals and credit card expirations. Communication & Documentation Act as a liaison with the Chief of Staff. Participate in meetings to review projects and calendars, and prepare a weekly report for the principal. Assist with creating and updating operational manuals, procedures, and checklists. Project & Event Coordination Oversee various projects, including holiday preparations. Coordinate event invitations and RSVPs on behalf of the CEO. Organize and prepare for meetings, including agendas, minutes, and follow-up on action items. Other Duties Provide additional support as assigned to the CEO and executive team.
