We are looking for an upbeat and "passionately communicative" Customer Service Representative (CSR) who is genuinely excited to help people. In this role, you will act as a primary liaison, providing product information and resolving emerging problems with patience and empathy. The goal is to ensure each customer receives a first-class service experience while maintaining high levels of customer happiness. The schedule for this position is Monday through Friday 9am to 6pm. Within the first 6 months of working, this position has the potential to move to a hybrid schedule based on performance (Mondays & Fridays from home).
