The ideal candidate will have experience with surface-mount technology (SMT) soldering and be capable of performing high-quality soldering operations on electronic components. Solder electronic components to printed circuit boards (PCBs) with precision and accuracy. Ensure that all soldering work meets the required quality standards and specifications. Inspect components and boards for defects, ensuring adherence to industry standards. Work closely with the production team to meet daily production targets. Perform visual inspections and quality checks of assemblies before final inspection. Assist with troubleshooting and repair of soldering equipment as needed. Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency. Familiarity with SMT soldering tools, such as soldering irons, tweezers, and microscopes. Knowledge of IPC-A-610 standards for soldering and electronic assembly. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and assembly instructions.
