We are seeking a skilled Facility Technician to join our growing operations team. In this role, you will be the heartbeat of our fulfillment center, ensuring that our Material Handling Equipment (MHE), advanced conveyance systems, and facility infrastructure operate at peak performance. As we continue to integrate automation and robotic systems, your expertise will be vital in minimizing downtime and maintaining a world-class safety culture. What You’ll Do: Keep Operations Moving: Perform critical preventative and corrective maintenance on conveyors, Power Industrial Trucks (PIT), and storage racking systems. Problem Solve in Real-Time: Diagnose equipment failures and lead the "first response" to restore operations safely and efficiently. Manage Assets & Data: Use a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to track work orders, manage spare parts inventory, and support facility lifecycle planning. Lead Facility Excellence: Oversee third-party vendors for specialized repairs and manage on-site support labor to ensure the facility is always "Peak-Ready." Champion Safety: Ensure 100% compliance with OSHA standards and local municipal codes across all building systems (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing). What We’re Looking For: Technical Versatility: strong mechanical and electrical aptitude with experience in MHE or industrial maintenance. Urgency & Precision: A "hands-on" fixer who can respond quickly to unplanned events without sacrificing quality or safety. Tech-Savvy Mindset: Experience using CMMS software to document work and manage equipment data.
