We are looking for a Supply Chain Assistant for an onsite role in Oklahoma City, OK! Job Title: Supply Chain Assistant Job Summary: Supports inventory accuracy and procurement workflows. Theideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive and comfortable working acrosssystems and teams. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:- Create and transmit purchase orders (POs) to vendors- Track and communicate backorders and delivery delays- Update item metadata (SKUs, descriptions, vendor info) in ERP system- Conduct monthly cycle counts- Review and resolve items with missing bin assignments- Support with on site shipping and receiving Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:- ERP Systems: Experience working with ERP platforms (SAP B1 a plus)- Familiarity with purchase order workflows, vendor communication, andbackorder resolution- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining clean, accurateinventory records- Ability to communicate effectively across various teams.- Time Management, prioritization, and issue resolution- Comfortable using Excel, inventory dashboards, and digital tools Minimum Qualifications - (Education, Experience, Certification, & Licensure):- 1 year of experience in inventory, supply chain, or operations- Familiarity with ERP systems- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills- Excellent communication and follow-up abilities- Proficiency in Excel or other data tools Physical Demands and Work Environment:- The employee may be required to stand; reach with hands and arms, stoopand kneel- The employee may be required to sit or stand for long periods of time- The employee may be required to lift, carry, push, pull or move up to 10pounds- This position may be required to work more than 40 hours per week- Work environment may be noisy and distracting Equal Opportunity Employer: Race, Color, Religion, Sex, Sexual Orientation, Gender Identity, National Origin, Age, Genetic Information, Disability, Protected Veteran Status, or any other legally protected group status.At Randstad, we welcome people of all abilities and want to ensure that our hiring and interview process meets the needs of all applicants.
