Entertainment, Media, or Television Distribution experience is highly preferred. Education: BA/BS degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or an analytical discipline. An MBA and/or CPA is a major plus. Technical Mastery: Advanced Excel skills and extensive experience working with financial statements and large, complex datasets. Experience with SAP, Power BI, or Tableau is strongly preferred. Analytical Mindset: Proven expertise in data-intensive modeling, forecasting, and transforming manual processes into automated systems. Oversee the aggregation and analysis of financial budgets, multi-year plans, and quarterly forecasts. Executive Reporting: Create quarterly forecast presentations, dashboards, and deep-dive data analyses to present performance trends and variances to all levels of executive management. Forecast Cycle Coordination: Manage the 3-Week and Bi-Weekly forecast processes, aligning with Home Office/Central initiatives and coordinating timelines across regional teams, IT, and sales planning. Process Optimization: Identify and champion opportunities to transform legacy manual processes into integrated, digital, and automated workflows. System & Data Management: Ensure the accuracy of our global FP&A systems, aligning data hierarchies, managing file versioning, and coordinating Net Cost Allocation reporting.
