All applicants must have a bachelors degree in accounting and a minimum 3 years of related experience as an Accountant. salary: $72,000 - $82,000 per yearshift: Firstwork hours: 8 AM - 5 PMeducation: BachelorsResponsibilities Managing intercompany clearing and sales entries. Conducting an initial review of entries for accuracy, consistency, and adherence to company policy Summarizing lot costs and executing cost-off entries Calculating and accruing incentive compensation Preparing various schedules in the Financial Statement Package Demonstrating proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and formulas Reviewing fixed costs and conducting trend analysis Preparing and analyzing account reconciliations Maintaining trust/escrow account deposits Reviewing model upgrade budgets and budget revisions Performing statistical entries and managing sales commissions Handling accrued expenses, including warranty analysis Preparing personal property and sales tax reports, if required Maintaining fixed asset records and recording monthly depreciation Tracking sustainability reporting Reading, analyzing, and reconciling financial reports Utilizing analytical and problem-solving skills Demonstrating proficiency in advanced Excel functions (e.g., lookups, pivot tables) Proficiency in Word and PowerPoint; experience with Access is a plus Using systems knowledge for data importing, analysis, and reporting Paying attention to detail, updating job knowledge, and demonstrating self-motivation in learning and project participation SkillsGeneral Ledger (3 years of experience is required)Fixed Assets (2 years of experience is required)Reconciliation (3 years of experience is required)GAAPBasic Computer SkillsMicrosoft OfficeExcel Pivot Tables (3 years of experience is required)Excel Macros (3 years of experience is required)Accounting DegreeQualificationsYears of experience: 3 yearsExperience level: ExperiencedRandstad is a world leader in matching great people with great companies.
