Create, edit, and format documents, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite. Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems for easy retrieval of information. Order and manage office supplies, ensuring inventory levels are maintained. Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries. Provide general support to the team and assist with special projects as needed. Qualifications and Skills Required: High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred. 1 year of proven experience in an administrative or office support role. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) is essential. Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines.
