Randstad is looking for a warehouse supervisor who will be leading and developing the warehouse team while ensuring the efficient execution of daily warehouse operations. This role focuses heavily on people leadership, including coaching, performance management, and fostering a culture of accountability, safety, and operational excellence. The Warehouse Supervisor oversees receiving, inventory management, picking, packing, and shipping activities while ensuring accuracy, productivity, and customer satisfaction. This position works closely with Customer Service, Procurement, Logistics, and Operations teams to ensure materials move efficiently through the organization.salary: $60,000 - $65,000 per yearshift: Firstwork hours: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PMeducation: AssociateResponsibilities Lead, coach, and develop warehouse staff to ensure strong performance, engagement, and accountability. Communicate clear job expectations and provide regular coaching and feedback to team members. Monitor employee performance and address performance concerns in a timely and constructive manner. Promote a positive team environment focused on safety, quality, and operational excellence. Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and training of warehouse personnel. Supervise daily warehouse activities including receiving, inventory management, picking, packing, shipping, and replenishment. Assign work and manage staffing levels to ensure operational efficiency and timely order fulfillment. Monitor workflow and productivity to ensure daily performance expectations are consistently met or exceeded. Ensure shipments and inventory transactions are accurate and properly documented. Maintain warehouse organization, cleanliness, and adherence to safety procedures. Execute warehouse operational plans and performance goals established by the Warehouse Director. Provide updates to leadership on warehouse performance, staffing needs, workflow challenges, and improvement opportunities.
