Coordinate their complex calendar, schedule, and prepare for all client and internal meetings (in-person and virtual), ensuring materials and agendas are prepared in advance. Travel & Event Logistics: Coordinate all aspects of business travel and oversee logistics for critical staff meetings and company events. Operational Partnership: Act as a key operational partner to an Executive, ensuring the smooth execution of business planning, client service initiatives, and firm-wide philanthropic efforts. HR Administration: Oversee key HR functions Performance & Development: Coordinate and assist with 90-day and annual staff reviews. Training & Documentation: Assist in the creation and upload of training materials Financial Coordination: Collaborate with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable to ensure accurate categorization of expenses for budgeting, including assisting with the preparation of the annual marketing budget.
