Randstad has partnered with a national law firm on their open Legal Secretary position in Boston. This is a permanent opportunity with the organization supporting their attorneys within the health care and life sciences sector. The ideal candidate will have several years of administrative experience preferably within a law firm, excellent customer service skills, organizational skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite. This role has a hybrid schedule; 3 days in office and 2 days remote (through September 30th, 2022).salary: $65,000 - $70,000 per yearshift: Firstwork hours: 9 AM - 5 PMeducation: AssociateResponsibilities- Handle attorneys' complex calendars (schedule meetings, arrange travel, etc) - Assist with managing projects; meet deadlines and conduct proper follow-up - Draft template contracts and important legal documents - Process reimbursements, expense reports, audit letters, and check requests - Handle client billing (monthly); review proformas, update appropriate spreadsheets, and databases accordingly \ - Assist attorneys with client conflict resolutions, create conflict waivers, and client engagement letters - Ensure electronic documents are filed properly and information is current - Answer phones, take messages, and distribute to appropriate parties - Coordinate travel arrangements Qualifications: - At least 3 years in a similar role - Legal secretary certificate, associate's degree, or bachelor's degree required - Law firm experience preferred - Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Styles -- Assessments will be part of the interview processSkillsCalendar ManagementProject ManagementExpense ReportsClient billingExcelPowerpointWordPhone etiquetteQualificationsYears of experience: 3 yearsExperience level: ExperiencedRandstad is a world leader in matching great people with great companies.
