Logistics & Carriers: Plan and track shipments using UPS, FedEx, DHL, LTL, and dedicated carriers. Tech & Compliance: Update shipping documentation (HTS/Tariff codes, composition records, and inventory photos) and use the Global Shop ERP system. What It Takes: Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume shipping/receiving environment. Ability to handle physical material work, power tools (for crating), and forklift operation. Solid computer skills for tracking shipments and updating compliance logs. Uses the ERP system (Global Shop) to track, report and manage all part shipment needs. Is responsible for the shipping and receiving activities including scheduling, planning and execution. Is creative and proactive in increasing efficiencies for material handling and shipping procedures. Able to work in a fast-paced, high volume, time sensitive structure.
