job summary: Growing manufacturer on the north side of Columbus is seeking an Engineering Supervisor to lead a design team of 9. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in engineering as well as previous supervisory or management experience. Ability to manage and motivate a team is required, as well as excellent communication skills. Experience with mechanical systems, structural supports and construction related products highly preferred. All candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future. location: DUBLIN, Ohio job type: Permanent salary: $90,000 - 100,000 per year work hours: 8am to 4pm education: Bachelors responsibilities: Supervise, mentor, and coach the engineering team while managing onboarding and continuous training.Serve as the primary point of contact for complex technical challenges, non-standard applications, and urgent project bottlenecks.Investigate engineering errors and customer complaints, lead root cause analysis, and implement corrective SOPs.Partner with Sales, Customer Service, Manufacturing, and Operations to align on deliverables and resolve workflow issues.Balance workloads, coordinate with offshore engineering resources, and manage day-to-day administrative tasks.
