The Accounts Receivable Specialist will manage the full accounts receivable lifecycle to support healthy corporate cash flow. This role requires a blend of precise technical accounting and professional communication, overseeing customer billing, payment posting, account reconciliations, and specialized construction collection workflows.salary: $52,000 - $62,400 per yearshift: Firstwork hours: 8 AM - 5 PMeducation: High SchoolResponsibilities Generate and distribute accurate customer invoices in a timely manner. Process and post incoming customer payments, including checks, ACH, wire transfers, and credit cards. Prepare and reconcile daily bank deposits against the general ledger. Monitor aging accounts and perform professional collection activities on past-due balances. Act as the dedicated point of contact for customer billing inquiries, payment status, and account discrepancies. Prepare, file, and track mechanics liens and associated construction payment documentation when required. Perform regular account reconciliations to clear outstanding balances and resolve variances. Support month-end close activities, ledger balancing, and accounts receivable reporting.
