We are seeking a reliable, highly organized Stockroom Coordinator for our food processing equipment manufacturing facility. In this role, you will manage all incoming parts and inventory, ensuring accurate documentation and timely material flow to support our fabrication and assembly teams.Key Responsibilities Receiving & Inspection: Verify incoming parts and supplies against POs; identify damages or discrepancies and resolve them quickly. Inventory Control: Label, organize, and store materials by job/project number. Perform regular cycle counts and update the company ERP system. Production Support: Pull and stage materials for fabricators according to production schedules; track backorders and communicate material availability. Documentation & Safety: Manage shipping/receiving paperwork (BOLs, packing slips) and maintain a clean, safe, food-grade manufacturing stockroom. Qualifications Experience: 2+ years in a stockroom, warehouse, or inventory role (manufacturing environment preferred; food equipment industry is a plus). Skills: Attention to detail, basic computer proficiency (Excel/ERP), and the ability to read technical drawings or Bills of Materials (BOMs). Physical & Certifications: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and hold (or be willing to obtain) a forklift certification. Assist with inventory audits and continuous improvement initiatives to reduce errors and improve material flow. Safety & Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe stockroom environment using proper inventory storage practices. Follow all company safety protocols, especially those related to food-grade manufacturing environments. Shipping Support: Prepare outgoing shipments of parts or finished goods as needed.
