We’re hiring! For a Production Manager to oversee juice extraction for one of our clients! This role manages 20–30 employees across two shifts, including operators, forklift drivers, general labor, and sanitation staff. The Production Manager will ensure production goals are met, food safety and GMP standards are followed, and report key metrics to senior leadership.salary: $52,000 - $55,000 per yearshift: Firstwork hours: 8 PM - 4 AMeducation: No Degree RequiredResponsibilities Oversee the production process from start to finish and achieve production results to planning targets. Management of costs through optimal yield and management of controllable costs. Hire, develop, and train the team of 20-30 operators, forklift drivers, and general laborers that operate two shifts. Work closely with the Quality team to ensure that use of all food safety policies and procedures are being followed. Manage a 4-6 person sanitation team that is responsible for the cleanliness of the equipment and the plant. Ensure all physical safety guidelines are being followed. Identify and communicate opportunities and gaps and make recommendations to solves all issues and they come up. Communicate and work closely with other departments in a team environment designed to produce optimal results.
