Hire & Train: Own the hiring process, onboard new team members, and provide ongoing training to ensure top-tier performance. Coach & Develop: Conduct regular performance reviews, provide real-time feedback, and take corrective actions including terminations when necessary. Hit the Numbers: Monitor daily production metrics to meet or exceed production goals, efficiency targets, and quality standards. Problem Solve: Troubleshoot issues on the line and coordinate with maintenance, quality, and logistics teams to minimize downtime. Ensure Safety & Compliance: Maintain a safe and clean production environment in line with OSHA, FDA, and company standards. What We’re Looking For: Proven experience (3+ years) as a Production Supervisor or Lead in a food manufacturing or CPG (consumer packaged goods) environment. strong understanding of GMPs, HACCP, and food safety regulations. A track record of successful hiring, training, coaching, and, when necessary, termination of employees. Proficiency with production tracking systems and KPIs. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. A positive attitude, a hands-on approach, and the drive to lead by example.
