We're looking for an experienced Sanitation Supervisor to lead our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and safety of our food manufacturing facility by upholding all food safety policies and regulatory standards, including FSMA, SQF, and HACCP/HARPC. Develop and implement training programs for sanitation and operations employees. Conduct daily post-cleaning inspections, including ATP testing, and review sanitation records for accuracy using various software programs. Manage the sanitation department's budget for labor and supplies. Ensure all sanitation equipment is well-maintained and in good working condition. Collaborate with the microbiology team on the environmental monitoring program (PEM). Update and execute the Master Sanitation Schedule (MSS) and act as a subject matter expert during audits. What You'll Bring At least 3-5 years of supervisory/management experience in a sanitation role, preferably in a food or beverage manufacturing environment. Knowledge of C.I.P. (Clean-in-Place) and C.O.P. (Clean-out-of-Place) cleaning techniques. A bachelor's degree in Food Science, Microbiology, Chemistry, or a related scientific field is preferred. HACCP/FSMA or SQF Certification is a plus. Mechanical aptitude and the ability to troubleshoot problems. strong leadership and communication skills to effectively motivate and manage a team.
