Monitor and adjust work schedules based on order volume, material availability, and equipment performance. Ensure proper training of production personnel across all departments. Maintain compliance with safety protocols and enforce company policies on the production floor. Collaborate with floor leads to ensure timely job execution and resolve bottlenecks or production issues as they arise. Monitor equipment maintenance needs and coordinate repairs with maintenance department to minimize downtime. Maintain accurate records of daily output, labor utilization, scrap, and rework. Work closely with our management team to uphold quality glass standards and ensure all products meet customer specifications. Work and communicate clearly with management team regarding shift performance relative to assigned KPI’s. Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on workflow efficiency, waste reduction, and product quality.
