Investigate & Analyze: Conduct thorough investigations into customer issues to identify root causes and determine the best course of action for resolution. Serve as an Expert: Act as a subject matter expert, providing guidance and interpreting procedures for other team members. Manage Communications: Handle 5-10 inbound/outbound customer calls daily and manage written correspondence through both templates and custom responses. Ensure Compliance: Review complaints for regulatory risks, accurately classify cases, and ensure all actions adhere to internal company standards. Manage Your Caseload: Efficiently manage a daily pipeline of new and existing cases to ensure timely completion and closure.
