As the Warehouse Clerk you'll be a key part of our metal fabrication team, helping to keep our daily operations running smoothly. Your primary role involves managing administrative tasks, handling scheduling, and coordinating communication between customers and our production team. You'll be the go-to person for organizing appointments, processing orders, and ensuring everyone stays on the same page. This is an on-site position where you will work directly with shop and field staff in a fast-paced fabrication environment.salary: $16 - $16.01 per hourshift: Firstwork hours: 8 AM - 4:30 PMeducation: No Degree RequiredResponsibilitiesKey Job Responsibilities Schedule and coordinate jobs: You will be responsible for creating and managing schedules for installation and service jobs, making sure to use technicians' time efficiently. Maintain calendars: You will keep the daily and weekly calendars for both the shop and field staff up to date. Communicate with customers: This includes contacting customers to confirm, change, or set up appointments. You will also provide updates on project timelines and service appointments. Perform administrative tasks: You will handle daily administrative duties such as filing, scanning, copying, and answering phones. Manage documents and data: You will enter and track job orders, purchase orders, and inventory. This also includes preparing and managing work orders and invoices. Handle phone calls and visitors: You will be the first point of contact for incoming phone calls and visitors, directing them as needed. Ensure customer satisfaction: You will follow up with customers after installations to ensure they are satisfied and will collect and verify their information for records and billing. Collaborate with teams: You will work closely with the production team and other staff to ensure smooth communication and operations between the front office and the shop.
