We are looking for three sharp, analytical professionals to join our client's Mortgage Fulfillment Division (MFD) in a Production Support capacity. If you love digging into loan files, resolving complex audit findings, and ensuring everything is "just right" before a loan hits the secondary market, we want to talk to you.The Mission In this role, you aren’t just moving paper—you are solving problems. You will: Deep-Dive Research: Investigate loan files to resolve audit findings and documentation discrepancies. Audit Defense: Work on specialized projects to ensure all files meet stringent investor and regulatory standards. Problem Solve: Identify "why" a file is stalled and collaborate with Closing, Funding, and Servicing teams to fix it. Master the Balance: Work independently on high-focus research tasks, then pivot to a collaborative team environment to hit project deadlines. Who You Are We are looking for a "mortgage athlete"—someone who understands the lifecycle of a loan and has a "perfectionist" streak. Experience: You have a background in Post-Closing, Closing, Funding, Auditing, Loan Servicing, or Mortgage Processing. (General Banking experience is also a great fit!) The "Eagle Eye": Your attention to detail is legendary. You spot the missing signature or the decimal error that others miss.
