Key Responsibilities Manage complex calendars and scheduling for the Director and supporting team. Coordinate internal and external meetings, including calls with high-level partners. Handle on-site logistics in NW DC: meeting room setup, tech checks, printing, and document preparation. Escort guests and input visitor information into digital office forms. Maintain files and ensure administrative deadlines are met during the holiday season. Qualifications & Requirements 3+ years of executive support experience (Nonprofit, Finance, or Consulting preferred). Expert proficiency in Microsoft Outlook/Google Calendar and Zoom/Teams. High level of professional polish, discretion, and reliability. Ability to troubleshoot scheduling conflicts and work independently.
