This resource will be a Content Regulatory Submission Lead, this title does not exist yet in the Centene space, the PM II is the closest aligned available title. The Content Regulatory Submission Lead is responsible for coordinating and managing the end-to-end process of preparing, tracking, and delivering regulatory submission documentation. This role serves as the key liaison between Product, Regulatory, and Content teams to ensure timely, accurate, and compliant submissions. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and skilled at managing multiple tasks and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment. Typical Day in the Role - Walk me through the day-to-day responsibilities and a description of the project (Outside of the Workday JD). - What are the performance expectations/metrics? - What makes this role unique? Key Responsibilities: - Submission Planning & Scheduling: Partner with Product teams to define submission timelines and delivery schedules. - Regulatory Alignment: Collaborate with the Regulatory team to identify required documentation types and state-specific needs for each submission. - Tracking & Reporting: Maintain and communicate the status of all submission materials, ensuring visibility of progress, risks, and dependencies. - Workload Management: Assist in allocating resources and balancing workload across team members to meet deadlines efficiently. - Document Collection & Compilation: Collect and organize individual submission documents from multiple contributors and convert into single, collated final submission package. - Quality Assurance: Perform final QA checks on all documents - both individual submissions and final collated packages - to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with regulatory and internal standards. - Continuous Improvement: Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance submission efficiency and accuracy. Candidate Requirements Education/Certification Required: Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Regulatory Affairs, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
