The data you'll be managing is critical, as it forms the foundation for all subsequent business operations, including quoting, order processing, shipping, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Troubleshooting and Data Comprehension: This isn't a simple data entry role. You'll need to understand and interpret the data you're working with, as well as troubleshoot issues. The tasks will vary for each account, requiring you to make independent decisions based on specific needs and regulatory requirements. Technological Adaptability: You will be required to use and navigate multiple systems and platforms simultaneously. Proficiency with various technologies, including Microsoft Office, Teams, and specialized programs like SAP, Oracle, and Adobe Pro, is essential. Independent and Productive Work: Since the team works remotely, you must be able to work productively and independently with minimal supervision. This includes having a dedicated, distraction-free workspace and a stable, high-speed internet connection.
