They are seeking a highly motivated, organized, and customer-focused individual to join their team as an Automotive Service Counter/Administrative Assistant. This role is the first point of contact for our customers and requires a professional, friendly, and efficient individual who can thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume automotive service environment. Phone Management: Professionally and promptly answer a high volume of incoming calls, direct calls to the appropriate department, schedule appointments for diagnosis and service, and provide basic service information. Administrative & Invoicing: Create, review, and process work orders and service invoices accurately. Handle cash, credit card, and warranty transactions, and reconcile daily service receipts. Maintain organized customer files and repair records. Assist in maintaining parts inventory logs as needed. Customer Communication: Provide service updates to customers regarding their vehicle’s status, explain invoices clearly, and address customer questions or concerns with patience and a problem-solving attitude. Office Support: Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area, manage office supplies, and perform general administrative duties. Team Collaboration: Effectively communicate with the shop technicians, service advisors, and management to ensure a smooth workflow and exceptional customer experience.
