The Delivery Director serves as a strategic leader within the organization, driving operational excellence, profitable growth and client satisfaction for the talent and delivery segmentation. This role is responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of staffing and workforce solutions, managing client relationships and overseeing the performance of direct reports. The position manages a budget and makes resource allocation decisions to effectively yield a high return on investment. The Delivery Director is accountable for onboarding staff, training, mentoring/motivating, business development, candidate hiring process, conflict resolution, client relationship management and intra-operating company synergies. This position works collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to align business goals, optimize processes, and ensure consistent value delivery to clients. Collaborate with appropriate internal stakeholders to ensure delivery is being implemented for new and existing accounts assigned to the portfolio, including involvement in new account implementations. Develop continuous improvement strategies to achieve the highest levels of quality and workforce optimization. Implement innovative strategies to drive peak performance at all times, and sustain high client satisfaction levels. Manage account P&L & Field Steering. Ensure accurate forecasting and budgeting in collaboration with the leadership team. Maintain deep knowledge of client industries, labor market trends and competitive landscapes to guide decision-making and Randstad’s position as a staffing industry leader. Ensure appropriate business controls are in place to satisfy audit requirements and to protect customers and company assets Oversee the fulfillment of talent needs across the portfolio, ensuring delivery of qualified candidates. Identify opportunities for new revenue streams within an existing portfolio of accounts/clients. Identify cross-selling opportunities (different LOB's) within a specific client portfolio. Drive the sales effort with continual contact and face to face meetings with C level executives. Ensure pay rates and bill rates are in line with the company’s gross profit and gross margin targets. What you need to bring: High School or GED 4 Year / Bachelor’s Degree 7+ years business experience in staffing, contact center, finance & accounting, account management or workforce solutions 3+ years in a leadership role Proficiency using Google mail, calendaring and shared drives Proven ability to manage, inspire and lead teams with evidence of advancement of direct reports. Unsurpassed level of professionalism and ability to communicate at all levels of the client organization. Demonstrated ability to manage and resolve complex client situations in an effective manner. Strong organizational, analytical, and problem solving abilities. Strategic Thinker, ability to develop and execute plans that align with long-term organizational objectives. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Ability to present business reviews and workforce strategies to client groups.
