We are looking for a reliable, veteran technician ready to take ownership of our production equipment and drive continuous efficiency. • Identifying and recommending improvements/preventive actions. • Inspecting, testing, maintaining, repairing, monitoring, installing and coordinating installation services on equipment and systems (MEP). • Monitoring processes, estimating costs, making or verifying calculations, analyzing and interpreting data & drawings. • Monitoring and use of the BAS to troubleshoot building faults • Testing new and modified products, processes, and/or systems. • Training and transfer of knowledge and providing guidance and support • Point of contact and initial resource for the shift • Engaging in behaviors that foster continuous improvement • Maintain and repair machines and equipment. • Perform Preventive Maintenance (evaluate, modify, originate - PMs). • Support Facilities Group activities (shutdowns, capital projects, continuous improvements, PIT teams). • Document work accurately per company and regulatory policies (within Maximo, on test scripts/protocols, etc.). • Communicate clearly, effectively, professionally with other team members, production personnel, and outside contractors/suppliers. • Comply with all safety, environmental and CGMP requirements. • Ensure the quality and environmentally compliant operation of the plant critical utilities to include but not limited to the Deionized Purified water system, the clean compressed air system, boilers, chillers, and the HVAC systems.salary: $29 - $30 per hourshift: Secondwork hours: 9 PM - 5:30 AMeducation: High SchoolResponsibilities• Handle technical tasks related to the design, planning, construction, and maintenance of buildings and facilities, supporting operations and contributing to efficiency • Assist in planning, budgeting, and scheduling facility modifications, including estimates on equipment, labor, materials, and other related costs • Coordinate building space allocation and layout, communication services, and facilities expansion, ensuring adherence to health and safety standards • Support the management of contracts and contractors, and engage with insurance providers to assist in developing and executing risk reduction projects such as fire prevention • Contribute to facility master planning by applying scientific and engineering principles to solve problems and support operations • Adhere to GxP regulations by strictly following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), maintaining accurate and complete documentation, ensuring rigorous quality control, and completing all required training • Meet individual job requirements and contribute to the overall compliance of the organization by committing to continuous improvement and compliance with regulatory requirementsThe essential functions of this role include:working in a smoke free environmentwearing steel toe shoesmanual lifting up to 50lbsworking weekendsSkillsMaintenanceElectricalGeneral MaintenanceMechanical MaintenanceQualificationsYears of experience: 3 yearsExperience level: ExperiencedRandstad is a world leader in matching great people with great companies.
