Preventative Maintenance (PM): Execute scheduled PM work orders, including lubrication, filter changes, and belt adjustments, following manufacturer specifications and internal checklists. Electrical & Control Systems: Troubleshoot and repair 480V 3-phase motors, control circuits, and sensor issues. (If looking for higher-level techs, add: Troubleshoot PLC ladder logic and Allen-Bradley/Siemens I/O modules.) Mechanical Systems: Diagnose and repair hydraulic and pneumatic systems, including pumps, valves, cylinders, and compressors. Precision Tool Usage: Use micrometers, calipers, and dial indicators to ensure machine tolerances are met; utilize multimeters and oscilloscopes for electrical diagnostics. Documentation (CMMS): Accurately log all repairs, parts used, and equipment status in the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to ensure seamless communication with the 3rd and 1st shifts.
