Participate in safety reviews and risk assessments with guidance from leadership. Contribute ideas to help improve how maintenance tasks are performed. Exposure to manufacturing or assembly environments through internships, training, or 1+ year of work experience is a plus. Basic understanding of equipment maintenance, especially in assembly and production settings. Willingness to learn about operating and maintaining machinery such as Engel injection molding equipment and other production peripherals. Good communication skills and the ability to work well with production, quality, and maintenance teams.
