Inspect products for quality, measuring and documenting results using calipers, micrometers, or other gauges. Monitor production processes and promptly communicate any deviations or malfunctions. Perform routine equipment maintenance and assist with troubleshooting. Maintain accurate production and quality records. Follow all safety guidelines and wear required PPE at all times. Support inventory control by labeling, packaging, and moving materials. Assist in continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and reduce waste. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily production targets.
