In this critical role, you will act as a specialized "recovery detective," managing the end-to-end lifecycle of U.S. Customs duty drawback claims to ensure maximum recovery of duties, taxes, and fees for global clients. Data Analysis: Use advanced Excel and Pivot Tables to analyze import/export documentation, such as commercial invoices and bills of lading, to identify recovery opportunities. Technical Execution: Pull data from the ACE portal and utilize CargoWise to ensure 100% accuracy in booking and reconciliation. Client Collaboration: Communicate with brokers, forwarders, and trade partners to secure documentation and resolve discrepancies. Qualifications Experience: 2+ years in customs compliance, trade compliance, or drawback programs. Skills: Proficiency in HTS classification and an analytical mindset. Systems: Experience with CargoWise, Solvas, or CDO Suite is a significant plus. Credential: A Licensed Customs Broker (LCB) or those working toward licensure are highly encouraged to apply.
