Request, review, and assess supporting documentation and testimony to establish findings of fact. Apply Arizona tax statutes and procedural guidelines to render accurate, fair, and legally compliant decisions. Communicate professionally with taxpayers to clarify information, provide guidance on compliance, and recommend corrective actions for nonconformance. Qualifications: 2 + years working as an Tax Abatement Analyst or in a similar analytical or compliance role. Experience handling confidential financial data. Clear written and verbal communication; able to explain complex legal/tax concepts to varied audiences. Proficient in Google Suite (especially Google Sheets, Docs, Gmail) and/or Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
