Hands-on configuration and support expertise across Core HCM, Talent Management, Goal Management, and Enterprise Performance Management. Deep technical proficiency writing advanced PL/SQL queries against complex Oracle HCM data structures. Proven track record designing, developing, and supporting integrations via Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) between Oracle and third-party environments. Practical experience working with modern Oracle UI environments, specifically Redwood UI and Reactive Pages. Nice-to-Haves Experience working with Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI) or Fusion Analytics Warehouse (FAW). Prior background supporting global human resource implementations and managing HCM data security rules. Relevant active certifications, such as Oracle Global Human Resources Cloud Professional, Talent Management Professional, or Oracle Integration Cloud Professional.
