Act as a consultant to our customers, educating them on contract terms and "90-day same as cash" structures to help them navigate their financial commitments. Identify hurdles to payment and proactively design repayment plans that balance company recovery goals Utilize skip-tracing tools and investigative methods to locate and re-establish contact with unresponsive accounts. What You’ll Bring 2+ years of experience in high-volume collections, customer service, or a business-to-consumer (B2C) environment. Exceptional active listening and de-escalation skills, with the ability to remain patient and persistent. Comfortable navigating CRM software, autodialers, and standard office suites (Microsoft Excel/Word) Compensation & Benefits This role offers a competitive hourly rate of $22 - $24.00/hour.
