Assist customers with online orders, guiding them through the process and troubleshooting any issues they may encounter. Work directly with vendors to purchase wheels, ensuring we have the right inventory to meet customer demand. Schedule and manage appointments for wheel repair services, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for our customers. Act as a liaison between customers and our technicians, communicating repair needs and status updates clearly and accurately. Maintain a clean and organized work area, contributing to a professional and welcoming environment. Schedule & Compensation: Pay Rate: Starts at $18 per hour during your 90-day training period, increasing to $21 per hour after training is successfully completed. Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM. Weekend Schedule: One Saturday every six weeks, from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM. You'll receive a half-day off on the Friday before.
