Keep Things Moving: Monitor delivery routes in real-time and process order changes or cancellations. Stay Precise: Scan haul-away documentation and verify stamps to keep our data accurate. What You Bring to the Table Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Project). Experience: Ideally 1+ years in a call center or related fast-paced environment. Superpowers: Exceptional multitasking skills and the ability to stay cool under pressure. Education: High school diploma or equivalent. The Schedule Current Shift: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM (Includes rotating weekends). You’ll work with customers, business partners and drivers to make sure we are meeting our commitments and delighting our customers at every step of the experience What your day-to-day will look like: • Assist customers and business partners via telephone and email • Handle customer complaints in a calm, professional manner • Diagnose, assess, and resolve problems or issues • Monitor progress of delivery routes • Scan haul-away pods and verify stamps • Process changes or cancellations to delivery orders What you’ll need to excel: At a minimum, you’ll need: • Experience with Microsoft Office programs such as MS Project, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
